1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Website Monitor ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Axeman Technology Solutions LLP, the operator of Website Monitor.

2. Description of service

Website Monitor is a website monitoring service. We run the following automated checks against URLs you submit:

• Uptime monitoring, every 10 minutes per URL, by issuing an HTTP request and recording the response.
• SSL certificate monitoring, once daily per URL, by inspecting the active certificate served by the URL.
• Domain expiry monitoring, once daily per URL, by querying the WHOIS record for the domain.

We notify you by email and (optionally) browser push when a check fails or when a certificate or domain is approaching expiry. We retain 90 days of check history per monitor and an incident log for the lifetime of the monitor.

We do not crawl your site, run JavaScript, store your site's content, or make any change to your site or DNS.

3. Keywords Everywhere integration

The Service is available only to customers of Keywords Everywhere. You authenticate with the Service by providing your Keywords Everywhere API key, which we validate with Keywords Everywhere's authentication endpoint on every login.

Your Keywords Everywhere subscription tier (Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) determines the maximum number of monitors you may track at any one time. The current per-tier limits are published on our plans page.

We do not handle your Keywords Everywhere billing. To upgrade your plan, you must do so within Keywords Everywhere itself.

4. Acceptable use

You may only monitor URLs that:

• You own; or
• You have explicit permission from the owner to monitor.

You may not use the Service to:

• Carry out reconnaissance, denial-of-service activity, or any other abuse against third-party infrastructure.
• Probe networks or systems for vulnerabilities.
• Bypass authentication on sites you do not control.
• Submit URLs that resolve to private or internal infrastructure you do not own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you confirm you have read and accepted it.

6. Service availability and changes

The Service is offered on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy of checks, alert delivery time, or anything else. We may at any time:

• Add, remove, or change features.
• Change plan limits.
• Suspend the Service for maintenance.
• Discontinue the Service.

We will notify you of major changes when reasonably possible.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its user interface, its source code, and its underlying systems remain the property of Axeman Technology Solutions LLP. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every downtime event on your site will be detected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axeman Technology Solutions LLP, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to ten US dollars (US$10).

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it inside the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, for abuse, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timetable in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address.
